Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR Manager or similar role in Accounting + Finance.
• People-oriented and results-driven with ability to manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
• Experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy and strong leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent HR Manager to join our Real Estate Investment Firm. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing our human resources functions, ensuring that our company maintains and enhances our human capital. This position offers a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, challenging and rewarding environment. You will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training and performance management.
