Job summary

American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking an HR Manager to lead on-site hiring, onboarding and staff integration in a healthcare setting.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, administer benefits and payroll, drive employee engagement, and support performance development and safety programs.

A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred, with PHR/SPHR certification preferred, and 3–5 years HR experience in healthcare.
