Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to lead on-site recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing talent development for our Kansas City team. You will partner with department leaders to build strong employee relations and a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and labor laws, administering benefits and payroll, and guiding performance management and safety initiatives across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• 3–5 years HR experience, healthcare setting preferred.
