  • Manage employee relations issues from initial consultation to resolution, escalating complex matters to the Senior HR Manager when needed.
  • Support the consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and company values across all sites.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee recruitment processes for U.S. and Canadian positions, partnering with managers to define requirements and drive high‑quality hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience.
  • Manage performance‑related processes, including coaching managers on goal‑setting, feedback, development, and performance improvement plans.
  • Support benefits administration (excluding payroll), including enrollment, employee queries, and vendor liaison where required.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR records, documentation, and systems in line with U.S. and Canadian legal requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and insights for the Senior HR Manager and business leaders.
  • Participate in audits, policy reviews, and compliance checks across sites.
  • Assist with workforce planning and organizational changes, including restructures, role design, and documentation.

Culture, Engagement & Development

  • Champion a positive, inclusive culture that promotes employee engagement and high performance.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and DEI activities.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and managers to build people‑leadership capability.
  • Work as part of the Global HR Team to support cross‑regional HR processes, policies, and initiatives.
  • In time, provide HR support for UK sites as required, gaining experience in international HR practices.
  • Contribute to global projects such as HR process harmonization, talent initiatives, and system improvements.
