Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an HR professional to partner with local leadership in Henderson, NV to deliver HR processes, policies and programs across the organization.

The role collaborates with Compensation, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, HRIS and Benefits, ensures compliance with laws, evaluates HR issues, and develops strategic responses while supporting workforce planning and staffing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership, or GED with 9+ years and 5+ years leadership.
• Experience in HR policy development and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local leadership on HR decisions and delivery of HR processes, procedures and policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Compensation, Compliance, Capabilities, Leaves, Legal, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Benefits, and Labor as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws for assigned locations.
• Evaluate current and potential HR issues or needs and deliver strategic responses.
• Partner with local business partners on workforce planning and staffing needs.
• Partner with the TA team on staffing strategies, staffing calls and hiring events if appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education And Experience
