Job summary

Rose Remodeling is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources and support our growing team in Elk Grove, California. This role handles talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and culture in partnership with leadership.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, implement HR strategies, ensure legal compliance, manage HR systems and reporting, and foster a positive, high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, HRIS/ATS platforms, and reporting tools.
• Experience in the construction, home improvement, or skilled trades industry is a plus.
