Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Representative in Boise, Idaho. The People Services Specialist delivers HR guidance, onboarding support, and policy execution to leaders and employees. You will manage prehire processes, escalate issues, and collaborate with COEs to ensure service excellence.

This role focuses on local HR needs, maintaining records, and providing day-to-day HR assistance in a fast-paced environment, onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years of active HR experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS/SAP/Workday/ServiceNow) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong customer service orientation with discretion in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intake and escalated-tier HR guidance and solutions to PeopleLeaders and employees.
• Collaborate with People Team Centers of Excellence on specialized needs.
• Triage incoming People Service Center tickets and emails; resolve requests promptly.
• Provide onboarding support, policy guidance, and total rewards questions.
• Own prehire processes, including background checks and new hire readiness.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data security.
