Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five years of professional human resources experience in recruitment/selection, classification/compensation, employee or labor relations, benefits administration, HR operations, DEI, or training.

• Drive operational excellence across Leaves Management and Workers’ Compensation.
• Establish program priorities, standards, procedures and workload practices.
• Advise employees and managers on leave and workers’ compensation laws and policies.
