Citi in New York, NY is seeking high-potential MBA/Master’s candidates for the two-year Human Resources Management Associate (HRMA) Program. You will partner with leaders to solve talent challenges, drive workforce initiatives, and influence decisions that shape attraction, development, and empowerment across a global organization.
