Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Human Resources intern/co-op to help invent the future of flight while building leadership and functional skills in HR.

During a 10-12 week summer program in Cincinnati, OH, you’ll work on projects across HR areas such as generalist activities, employee relations, recruiting, learning and development, compensation and benefits, or acquisition integration, with mentorship and events.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a master's degree focusing on business or HR disciplines.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to work in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities

• Support HR projects in areas such as generalist, employee relations, recruiting, and learning and development.
• Participate in intern community events and mentoring activities.
