Job summary
L3Harris is seeking high-potential talent for its HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP), a three-rotation, 12-month development track across U.S. locations designed to fast-track future HR leaders.
Participants rotate through HR disciplines such as talent management, acquisition, employee relations, and total rewards, partnering with HR and business leaders to solve talent challenges. Relocation assistance is provided.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a master's degree in HR/related field with graduation in Spring/Summer 2027 or completed within the last 12 months.
- At least one internship or three months of HR-related work experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete three 12-month rotations across HR disciplines, businesses, and U.S. locations.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to help build and execute talent strategies aligned to business priorities.
- Gain exposure to HR business partnership, talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
- Participate in enterprise or segment-wide projects and initiatives.
- Take on meaningful work that supports ongoing improvement in the employee experience.
