Position Summary

The Human Resources Leader, located out of the Parflex Division’s Fort Worth, Texas manufacturing plant is a strategic Human Resources business partner responsible for developing, managing, and implementing comprehensive HR initiatives and programs. The Human Resources Leader oversees Fort Worth and Stafford, TX production facilities, as well as overseeing the HR Generalist II at our Mansfield, TX plant. This role requires a proactive and collaborative approach, working closely with production employees, operations, supporting business units, and leadership.

Reporting to the Division HR Manager, the HR Leader will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance employee engagement across all three locations.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management.
  • Interfaces with functional and operational leaders to identify staffing needs and job openings; manages the full recruitment process, including job posting, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and performing background checks; develops and implements the interview and selection process; creates candidate pools and provides recommendations for job offers; oversees onboarding process to ensure smooth transition for new hires.
  • Ensures consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Develop and administer training.
  • Partner with managers on the creation of performance goals and development plans.
  • Address complex and varied questions.
  • Administer the annual merit process.
  • Address questions on compensation and benefits; conduct reporting and analytics, as needed; may supervise team members; assign and prioritize team member tasks.

Qualifications

  • Education: University Degree (or international equivalent)
  • Minimum Experience: 4 to 6+ Years
