Job summary

Qualifications
- Enrolled in CS/IS/HR at accredited college; GPA 3.0+ required.
- Must have completed sophomore year (60 credits) before first rotation.
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week) during rotation; on-site only.
- Must have a valid US driver’s license.
- Olin does not sponsor; US work authorization required.
Responsibilities
- Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects during the rotation.
- Learn software concepts and troubleshoot HR IT platforms (PeopleSoft, Workday, UKG Pro).
- Assist with data analysis, cleansing, transformation and loading for projects.
- Develop reporting and analytic tools for HR data insights.
- Support policy, system development, audits, and IT documentation updates.
