Job summary

Jordan’s Furniture is offering a 10‑week Human Resources Intern internship for summer 2027 in East Taunton, MA. This paid program provides hands‑on experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR technology, learning and development, leave management, benefits, and compensation.

You will support the recruitment process, help analyze people data, and partner with Learning & Development on training initiatives, while engaging with store locations throughout New England in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising college junior or senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, self‑motivated learner with eagerness to develop in HR.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and assist in scheduling interviews to support recruitment.
• Support onboarding processes and enhance the employee experience.
• Assist with HR technology, learning & development initiatives, and leave/benefits processes.
• Coordinate employee training workshops and development activities.
• Assist in planning employee engagement events to strengthen culture.
• Collaborate with HR team on talent management and retention initiatives.
