Qualifications

Enrolled in a graduate program for Human Resources or Labor & Industrial Relations.
Strong academic performance.
Authorized to work in the US on a full‑time indefinite basis without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Valid drivers license.
Concurrent enrollment for the duration of the experience.
Military experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Support HR Business Partner organization with performance management, employee and labor relations, compensation, recruiting, training and development activities, diversity initiatives, policy administration, program facilitation, data analysis, and workforce planning.
Contribute to Center of Excellence (CoE) projects such as Talent Acquisition or Learning and Organizational Development.
Engage in projects that may be team-based or individual with a final presentation at internship conclusion.
