Satair USA, Inc. seeks a Summer Intern - Human Resources in Herndon, VA to gain exposure across HR Operations, Recruitment, Talent & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and more.

You’ll work with a dedicated HR team, contribute to onboarding, leadership development and safety projects, and participate in high-visibility initiatives while developing professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Business.
• Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, entering final year preferred.
• Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and assist the HR team.
• Assist in planning and executing onboarding and engagement activities.
• Contribute to high-visibility HR projects and leadership deliverables.
• Create materials and deliverables for review by business management.
