Job summary

Zillow Group is offering a nine-week summer Human Resources Undergraduate Intern program in Seattle. You will work on meaningful HR projects alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

The internship is hybrid, Tuesday through Thursday in person, with a stipend to help offset housing and relocation costs. You’ll contribute to talent recruiting, learning and development, and HR operations, while building practical skills and a portfolio of recommendations for

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with interest in HR.
• Coursework or projects in HR, business, psychology, or related area is helpful.
• Curious learner who asks thoughtful questions, seeks feedback, and brings new perspectives to the team.
• Clear communicator who can organize ideas and adapt information for different audiences.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with data and learning tools used for spreadsheets, presentations, collaboration, and project tracking.
• Collaborative problem-solver who listens to others and approaches work with empathy and inclusivity.
• Able to exercise sound judgment and discretion when working with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a defined project or workstream with goals, deliverables, and success measures.
• Research HR topics, gather stakeholder input, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Organize and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for program improvement.
• Help create presentations, communications, learning resources, or process guides to make information clear and accessible.
• Support planning and delivery of HR programs, including coordination and follow-up.
