Job summary

Spectrum offers a paid, 11-week full-time HR internship for students pursuing a Master’s degree, running May 26 to August 6, 2027. The program includes mentorship, professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and experiences helping you grow personally and professionally.

You’ll support HR activities, assist with onboarding, learn HR metrics, and contribute to projects using MS Office while expanding your professional network within a nationwide telecom company.

Qualifications

• Must be a Master's student with an expected graduation date of May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Master’s degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• The Human Resources Intern will support the Spectrum News HR team, serving as a strategic partner to newsroom leaders and a key liaison across recruiting, finance, payroll, and development. This internship offers hands‑on experience supporting a variety of HR initiatives that impact the entire employee lifecycle.
