Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in auditing the HR health of the operation by conducting the HR Assessment.
• Build recruitment activity and monitor requisitions.
• Familiarize with Payroll policies and file/ review records.
• Maintain personnel files per HR File Checklist.
• Involve in Hourly Onboarding and I-9 completion for new hires.
• Coordinate Passport training for hourly associates.
• Assist Safety Committee activities and incident investigations.
• Support managers with timely performance appraisals.
