Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with posting jobs on multiple platforms and screening resumes and applications.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; conduct initial phone interviews.
• Support onboarding for new hires including materials and orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in day-to-day HR admin tasks and HR-related reporting.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR projects.
• Identify training needs and help organize training sessions.
• Conduct HR research and support best practices.
