Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication and professional interaction with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is a plus.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or with a team.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, onboarding, and coordination activities for the summer intern program, including events, communications, and logistics.
• Assist with recruiting and job requisition administration, including job postings and reporting.
• Provide support for employee onboarding and offboarding processes and documentation.
• Assist with HR document management, scanning, organizing, and record maintenance.
• Gain exposure to HR systems and tools, including SuccessFactors, through basic reporting and data checks.
• Support payroll-related administrative activities under supervision and coordinate with HR/payroll partners.
• Assist with employee relations support activities, including documenting cases and observing processes.
• Provide general HR administrative support and maintain HR processes and workflows.
