This 10-week paid program starts May 24, 2027, with a hybrid schedule in our Chicago office; you’ll collaborate with teams, build project management and communication skills, and explore potential full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a university as a rising senior.
• Interest in logistics and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Coachable with good time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR team on a capstone project and assist with HR requests.
• Assist with Handshake recruiting campaigns and internship programs.
• Support social media campaigns and other HR initiatives.
• Shadow team members across departments as needed.
