Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Human Resources Intern for Fall 2026 at our Pennsylvania location. This internship offers on-the-job training, mentoring, and networking with HR professionals. Hours range from 32 to 40 per week and compensation is hourly.

You will support the HR department and gain exposure to multiple HR functions. Required: current college student with HR or Hospitality focus or prior HR/hotel experience; strong collaboration, confidentiality, and communication

Qualifications

• Currently in college with a focus on Human Resources/Hospitality Management or prior HR administration/hotel experience.
• Leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
• Good verbal communication, organizational skills, attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Variety of administrative tasks such as file management & uniform management.
• Assist with audit projects.
• Administration of New Hire Processing; entering all new hire paperwork and re-entering information after orientation.
• Assist with the international student program.
• Prepare, maintain records and procedures for personnel transactions and reporting personnel data.
