Job summary

Consolidated Asset Management Services (CAMS) in Houston, TX is seeking an HR Intern to gain hands-on experience in employee engagement, benefits administration, and HR project management in a dynamic energy industry environment.

You will respond to employee inquiries, support HR programs, assist with benefits eligibility, analyze HR data, and contribute to acquisitions integrations, culminating in a presentation to the CEO and leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with graduation in 2026/2027.
• GPA 3.0 or higher, 3.5+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries via HR helpline and shared inbox.
• Support HR programs including summer intern initiatives and new hire orientation.
• Assist with benefits administration including eligibility determination.
• Analyze HR data using HRIS and generate reports.
• Contribute to HR projects such as policy development and employee relations.
• Support integration activities for recent acquisitions.
• Develop and deliver an end-of-summer presentation to the CEO and leadership.
