Job summary

Consolidated Asset Management Services (CAMS) in Houston, TX is seeking a Marketing and Communications Intern to contribute to diverse communication projects, including marketing, digital content, and distribution, while promoting CAMS’ culture and values.

You will edit materials, draft content for internal and external channels, and help plan company events. The internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to strategic marketing initiatives within the energy sector.

Qualifications

Education: Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Communications, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (expected graduation: Dec 2026 or May 2027).
GPA: Minimum 3.0 (3.5+ preferred).

Responsibilities

Edit and publish high-quality communication materials (e.g., presentations, flyers, press releases) with accuracy and consistency.
Draft content for internal and external channels, including social media, websites, and reports.
Research and develop innovative content ideas for earned and owned media platforms.
Support planning and execution of company events (e.g., conferences, holiday parties) and daily office tasks (e.g., badge activation, floorplans).
Assist in creating and compiling informational reports.
Develop and deliver a comprehensive end-of-summer presentation to the CEO and leadership team, summarizing key projects, insights, and actionable recommendations based on internship work.
