Job summary

You will assist with recruiting, onboarding, HRIS data, compensation processes, and employee development, while helping update HR policies and creating or updating Workday records (job profiles, requisitions, org profiles, and changes).

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Junior/Senior)

Responsibilities

• Provide support to HR management
• Research, compile and analyze data for special personnel projects and reports
• Learn processes and tools for managing employee performance and development
• Assist in updating or creating HR policies and procedures
• Create and update records in Workday to include job profiles, requisitions, org profiles, and employee changes
• Participate in working groups including but not limited to engagement, welfare insurance, and others
• Proactively seek opportunities to learn, improve processes, and contribute to HR projects beyond assigned tasks
