Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Knowledge of Workday.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for International HR programs with a focus on immigration.
• Coordinate LHFN programs, ensuring compliance with immigration, tax, and employment regulations.
• Enter, update, and maintain employee records in Workday.
• Process onboarding, job changes, salary adjustments, and offboarding in Workday.
• Run standard and ad hoc Workday reports to support HR and payroll.
• Manage Ariba transactions and assist with data for special projects.
