Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience analyzing data.
• Ability to recognize opportunities for new, creative, and innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication, including proper use of English, grammar and punctuation in business correspondence.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; HRIS experience a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while producing excellent work results.
• Ability to professionally network with peers in the market.

Responsibilities

• Audit and validate team member data.
• Assist in updating and creating Total Rewards communications and policy revisions.
• Assist with coordination of wellness, vendors, and health fairs/events.
• Assist in coordinating learning offerings: scheduling, registration, tracking, etc.
• Assist with the recruitment process and hiring events.
• Assist with process improvement projects.
• Provide guidance to leaders and HR partners on I-9 regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Support ongoing efforts to build sustainable HR Compliance processes.
• Assist the HR Coordinator with I-9 employment verification.
• Other projects as assigned.
