You will support recruitment logistics, interview scheduling, onboarding materials, and candidate communications while partnering with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition.

The role focuses on administrative execution, personnel files, and internal communications, with opportunities to participate in university career fairs and local events.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Must have a 2.5 GPA or higher and maintain a 2.5 GPA.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, especially with interview scheduling and records management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.
• High level of integrity and discretion handling confidential data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Primary Focus: 2027 Co-Op Recruitment Support.
• Serve as the main administrative coordinator for the 2027 Co-Op hiring cycle.
• Schedule high-volume interviews and coordinate logistics across hiring managers and candidates.
• Post, update, and track job requisitions across portals.
• Lead ongoing candidate communication for a prompt and professional experience.
• Prepare and draft accurate offer letters and onboarding packages.
• Attend university career fairs and local recruiting events.
• HR Operations & Administrative Support.
• Assist with onboarding activities and administrative setup for new hires.
• Maintain electronic and physical personnel files and verify documentation.
• Assist with routine compliance checks and audits.
• Support employee events and internal communications.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries via the internal tickets system.
• Manage administrative tasks such as HR tickets and office supplies.
