Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support recruiting, job descriptions, HRIS tasks, and interview scheduling. You will assist in special HR projects like compensation surveys and country employment practices, while learning under experienced HR professionals.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s in HR Management or related field with a 3.0+ GPA and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.

Responsibilities

• Assist salaried recruiting tasks including organizing, job fairs, campus recruitment, interviews.
• Create and maintain position descriptions for departments.
• Perform HRIS activity for applicant tracking, resumes, requisitions, and confidential data.
• Schedule and conduct interviews for salaried and hourly positions.
• Support research for HR projects such as compensation surveys and labor practices.
