Job summary

Tradeweb is seeking an HR Intern based in New York to gain hands-on experience in people operations within a global fintech environment. You will work with HR professionals across key functions, focusing on HR Business Partner activities, Training & Development, and Employee Engagement.

During the internship, you will help support employee lifecycle activities, gather feedback, and participate in projects that strengthen workplace culture while learning how AI and data can enhance HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners to gain exposure to employee lifecycle activities and organizational initiatives.
• Support Training & Development initiatives, including coordinating learning opportunities and gathering employee feedback.
• Assist with Employee Engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and collaboration across the organization.
• Contribute to HR projects focused on employee development, performance management, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Help analyze employee feedback, engagement trends, and HR data to identify opportunities to enhance programs.
