You will work full-time in-office during the Americas internship window, pairing with a mentor, engaging in projects and analytics, and gaining hands-on experience with Workday, LMS, and other HR tools. This hybrid role blends learning with real impact.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year undergrad in a related field with at least two years completed.
• Strong curiosity and motivation to learn for people-focused work.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting processes, data insights, internship programming, and employer branding.
• Support performance management rollouts and organizational design projects.
• Contribute to Workday optimization, reporting, and analytics.
• Support year-end compensation processes, data validation, and job architecture reviews.
• Assist in training program design, delivery, and LMS administration.
• Collaborate with HR partners to align people priorities with business goals.
• Prepare documentation and presentations to boost team effectiveness.
• Gain exposure to HR technologies including Workday, ServiceNow, Google Workspace.
