This internship is designed for individuals beginning their careers in Human Resources and offers exposure to recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training, HR systems, benefits, payroll support, and employee communications. Because Aviagen employs a diverse workforce, fluency in both English and Spanish is required to assist with employee communication, translation, onboarding, and day-to-day HR support. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in Human Resources within a growing global organization.
