$16.00 - $18.00/hour. In-office internship, October through December 2026, with paid time off, mentorship, and a path to full-time opportunities with a 100+ store group.

We're looking for an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team while gaining hands-on experience in core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, payroll support, and benefits administration. This is for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.

What you'll own

Employee Lifecycle

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.

Payroll & Benefits

• Support payroll preparation.
• Assist with benefits administration.

HR Team Support

• Complete general HR administrative projects and provide support to the HR team as needed.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

What you need

• 18 or older
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and HR practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Prior internship or relevant coursework in accounting or HR is a plus
• Familiarity with accounting software or HRIS systems is a plus
