Job summary

Palisades Tahoe is seeking a Year-Round HR Housing Coordinator in Olympic Valley, CA. This full-time on-site role supports day-to-day employee housing operations, including utility accounts, rent collections, housing inquiries, and data entry, while delivering welcoming service to internal guests.

You will manage records, assist moves, inspections, and communications with tenants, and support housing management with outreach and resource planning.

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes, greets, and assists employees with housing questions.
  • Monitor and maintain utility accounts for off-site properties.
  • Assist with collecting rent payments and organizing license agreements.
  • Maintain applicant and tenant records within housing management platform.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing via phone, email, and other channels daily.
  • Accepts and tracks housing applications; perform background checks and inform of approvals/denials.
  • Maintain up-to-date room/unit inventory and meet housing needs promptly.
  • Assist with move-in/out and maintenance requests for on/off-site housing during winter and summer.
  • Complete move-in/out procedures including security deposit reimbursements.
  • Conduct biweekly inspections with tenants and lease admins; communicate violations.
  • Communicate rent collection, inspections, maintenance, and notices with tenants.
  • Assist Housing Manager with outreach, cost comparisons, and securing housing resources.
  • Other admin duties: filing, shredding, organizing, copying, scanning forms.

Performs reference & background checks and informs applicants of approvals or denials of housing application.* Maintain up to date tracking of room/unit inventory; ensuring that housing needs are best met in a timely manner.* Assists with move in/out and day to day procedures and maintenance requests with all tenants in both on and offsite employee housing units during winter and summer seasons.* Completes move-in and move-out procedures including security deposit reimbursements less any applicable deductions.* Conducts biweekly inspections with tenants, and lease administrators.
