Job summary

Foley Family Wines & Spirits seeks an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across functions, partnering with leaders to ensure compliant, efficient HR operations. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration with a focus on engagement and policy compliance.

The position is based at the Santa Rosa Corporate Office, with regular travel to Napa/Sonoma counties and surrounding locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Two to five years of progressive HR and Talent Acquisition experience required.
• Experience supporting employee relations, investigations, performance management, and HR administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for assigned functions, providing consultative support to leaders and employees.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions with screening, interviews, and selections.
• Oversee HRIS onboarding, applicant records, and employee files; coordinate offboarding.
• Process employee changes including promotions, transfers, and compensation updates.
• Assist employees with HR-related questions regarding policies, benefits, and employment practices.
• Support performance reviews, employee development, and training initiatives.
• Administer workers’ compensation claims and coordinate return-to-work programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR policies.
