The State of Missouri at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center in Saint Louis is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to manage applications, review qualifications, set up interviews, perform background checks, and update reports. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality.
• A willingness to work, be enthusiastic, and dependable.
• Flexibility to assist where needed, including adjusting your schedule to meet weekend community events.
• Current DMH employees will not be considered or eligible to apply if they have disciplinary action within the last 6 months.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate applications, review qualifications, and set up interviews.
• Complete background checks for applicants and update reports and spreadsheets.
• Attend job fairs, employment events, and community events as needed.
• Present in the New Employee Orientation.
• Complete interviews and draft reports for workplace inquiries when requested.
