Job summary

Fresh Express is seeking a Corporate Human Resources Generalist to deliver professional HR support across multiple manufacturing facilities. You will partner with managers and employees on employee relations, leave administration, accommodations, benefits, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

The role emphasizes policy consistency, data integrity in HRIS, and the delivery of timely HR services while promoting a positive employee experience. Travel to facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Experience administering leaves (FMLA/ADA/USERRA) and workplace accommodations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and investigations.
• Administer and coordinate leave programs and workplace accommodations.
• Support benefits enrollment and employee inquiries with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, generate HR reports, and support compliance audits.
• Help develop and communicate HR policies, procedures and employee programs.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and collaborate across the organization.
