The BENTELER Group is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. With 1–2 years of HR experience, you will support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and reporting in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will be a key resource for employees and leaders, helping deliver a positive employee experience while ensuring HR practices align with business objectives. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service oriented, and eager to grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of Human Resources experience required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions and partners with managers on postings and interviews.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and assist with HR compliance, audits, and reporting.
