Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven success leading large-scale hiring and workforce ramp-up initiatives.
Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, and HR best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the people strategy that supports the successful launch and growth of the facility.
Lead strategic HR leadership and policy alignment with global and regional HR strategies.
Drive large-scale recruiting to support facility start-up and ongoing staffing needs.
Oversee employee development, engagement, and performance management processes.
Manage compensation, benefits, and HR operations to optimize costs and productivity.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations and ensure labor law compliance.
Track HR metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
