Job summary

SureWerx is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our Elgin, IL location. This role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance.

You will report to the Senior HR Generalist and collaborate across departments. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, a completed degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate University Degree or equivalent HR experience.
• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding support, including posting, screening, interviews, and orientation.
• Employee relations—address inquiries, policy guidance, conflicts, recognition.
• Policy administration and development—maintain handbooks and ensure compliance.
• Performance management support—reviews, feedback, and documentation.
