Job summary

ABF Security is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a fast-paced security operations environment in Missouri. You will handle day-to-day HR functions, ensure compliance with employment laws, and partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment for technicians and office staff, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, and tracking HR metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience required.
• Service, construction, or security industry experience preferred.
• Ability to support both field and office employees.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Administrate full-cycle recruitment for technicians, sales, and office staff
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding documentation
• Support employee relations, coaching, and performance improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and OSHA requirements
• Administer benefits (health, 401(k), PTO) and assist with payroll support
• Track HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and labor costs
• Support training, engagement, and retention initiatives
