Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Houston to lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and onboarding program development. You will partner with hiring managers to build candidate pipelines and ensure a positive new-hire experience.

In this role, you will support HR initiatives, maintain employee records, and contribute to workforce planning while upholding employment law compliance. This position emphasizes hospitality industry expertise and collaborative partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience, with focus on recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Support HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and personnel files.
