Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as a trusted advisor to operational leaders across two Assisted Living communities and the corporate office in Owings Mills, MD. You will help drive employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, leadership coaching, and organizational effectiveness to deliver outstanding resident experiences.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or 1–3 years related experience or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing Facilities is a plus.
• Certification as a Professional in Human Resources is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and vehicle for multi-site coverage.
