Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Human Resources Generalist for a Detroit Lakes, MN company. You will support HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

You will coordinate full-cycle recruitment, conduct new hire orientation, maintain records, and ensure adherence to employment laws. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years HR experience are preferred.

• Support employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with performance management processes, development programs, and training coordination.
• Maintain HRIS records, process personnel changes, and prepare HR reports and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and effectively manage multiple priorities
