Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Massachusetts is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and policy interpretation. You will help implement the Nestlé People Strategy, partner with HR Operations, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

You will drive training initiatives, manage HR projects, data integrity, and workplace investigations, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enable a fair, inclusive and efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with compensation, benefits, and recruitment.
• Proficient with HR systems (e.g., SAP).
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Aid in execution of Nestlé People Strategy processes attracting, developing, recognizing, and retaining employees to support strategic business needs.
• Serve as liaison between employees and management to foster an open, empowering, fair, and equitable environment.
• Assist in HR initiatives, standardizing workflows, and implementing digital tools with HR Operations.
• Collaborate with talent management in recruitment, new hire processing, postings, and diversity strategies.
• Assist in Learning & Development initiatives and ensure compliance through platforms (ISO standards for R&D).
• Partner with HR Operations to maintain accurate employee data and privacy compliance.
• Manage special projects analyzing people data to support decisions using HR systems and tools.
• Perform investigations/audits to ensure site certifications and employment law compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
