Job summary

Nestlé Purina in Bloomfield, MO is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to oversee benefits, recruiting, employee relations, and wellness programs at the factory. You’ll be the backup for the HR Manager and will support both hourly and salary staff in a hands-on, factory-based environment.

You will coordinate grievance handling, organize employee programs, and drive recruitment, onboarding, and post-employment evaluations while promoting an inclusive, compliant workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of professional HR experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Support hourly and salary personnel by being approachable and available.
• Organize employee programs including events and Women in Manufacturing gatherings.
• Manage grievance administration and benefit programs for Bloomfield associates.
• Coordinate salary recruitment process: interviews, onboarding, and post-employment evaluations.
• Assist HR Manager with employee and labor relations, investigations, and action plans.
• Perform all HR functions as needed in the HR Manager's absence.
