Concierge Home Care in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees, leaders, and HR operations across our healthcare organization serving 60+ counties in Florida. This full-time, in-office role focuses on employee relations, benefits administration, and HR processes to foster a positive employee experience.

You will act as a trusted HR resource, assist with relations concerns, support onboarding and lifecycle activities, and maintain confidential records in ADP Workforce

Qualifications

What You'll Do

Employee Relations & HR Support

• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers
• Assist with employee relations concerns and conflict resolution
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Maintain confidential employee records

Benefits Administration

• Administer employee health and welfare benefits
• Assist employees with enrollments and benefit questions
• Serve as liaison with insurance providers

HR Operations & Compliance

• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Maintain compliance documentation and personnel records
• Process employee changes within ADP Workforce Now
• Generate HR reports and workforce data as needed

Qualifications

Required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Some college or equivalent

Preferred

ADP Workforce Now experience

1+ year of Human Resources experience
