Job summary

Lennox International in Marshalltown, IA is seeking an HR professional to administer HR policies, analyze data, and support employment, benefits, training, and relations under general supervision.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of HR experience, knowledge of HRIS SAP and MS Office, strong written/verbal skills, and a bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. This is a salaried exempt position with bonus eligibility and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year related HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR techniques, applications and programs.
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office.
• Proven written and verbal skills.
• Ability to improve workflow efficiency.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers HR policies and procedures across two or more areas.
• Collects and analyzes HR data; makes recommendations to management.
• Handles employment, compensation, benefits, training, reporting, and employee relations.
• Supports recruiting activities: interviewing, screening, evaluating, selecting applicants.
• Assists managers with job evaluations and policy interpretation.
• Conducts employee orientations and research for recommendations.
• Provides guidance to line management on employee relations.
