The Koroseal team in Medina, OH is seeking an HR Generalist who will provide hands-on support across the employee lifecycle and help build a positive workplace. You will partner with employees and leaders on recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

The role is salaried Exempt, requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or hands-on environment, and offers comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or hands-on environments.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, benefits, onboarding, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders on policies and concerns.
• Partner with managers to address employee relations, attendance, and performance issues.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and new hire paperwork, orientation, and documentation.
• Maintain HRIS records and administer benefits and leaves of absence.
• Assist with performance management, investigations, and confidentiality.
